Take the time to do this step - it will drastically change your towel. Don't worry, It's really easy!
Let it soak in cold water for 12hrs. This allows the fibres to expand and relax from being pressed for packaging and shipping. Soaking the towel ensures maximum absorbency and softness
After soaking, gently wring out your towel and hang to dry before use.

FORGOT TO ACTIVATE YOUR TOWEL?
Try laundering your item with a cup of white vinegar (no detergent needed). The vinegar will soften the piece, boost it's absorbency. It will also cleanse your item from any bacterial that may have built up over time and use.
TIP: You can also do this periodically in addition to regular launderig
