OUR SHIPPING POLICY 

We offer FREE Expedited Shipping with Canada Post on Canadian orders  $150 and over (excluding taxes). 

Orders under $150 are shipped expedited via Canada Post with a flat rate charge.

You should expect your package 1-7 business day. All orders have a tracking number and will be sent to you when the order is shipped. 

We work on getting all orders out as quickly as possible but please allow up to 3 days for processing, , unless pre-order status is indicated. Anything ordered Friday after 4:00pm or later will not be processed until the following week.

Orders are shipped via Courier service for Domestic & International orders.

Once your item(s) have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with shipping agent. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and dispatched we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.

If the product was marked with ‘pre-order’ your item will ship automatically when in stock and you will be sent tracking emails on the day of dispatch.
