Wildfire Fundraiser

The news of the devastating wildfires in BC are heart-wrenching to hear about. We, like so many others, have family and friends affected by the fires.

The wildfires continue to rage across the province devastating communities, homes, land and businesses. Currently more than 20,000 people have been asked to leave their homes, with many of them not knowing if they have a house to come back to.  The magnitude of the damage and devastation to our beautiful Province is unfathomable and It’s tough to see what is happening right now.  We (like so many of you) want to try to do something to help.

If you can participate then fantastic, if you can't then just a simple share would be amazing! Our hope is that we can raise enough money to make a meaningful difference to the people in BC that have been displaced or affected by the wildfires.

 

Here is what we are doing to help:

We have partnered with our friends at the Jilly Box

to support people affected by the wildfires in southern BC. We are hosting a fundraiser with all of the funds going back to the fire-affected communities 🤍⁠ ⁠

The suggested donation is $20, but no donation is necessary to enter*.  100% of funds will be donated to Mamas for Mamas

Every supporting customer will be eligible to receive one of 8 amazing gifts from Tofino Towel Co. & The Jilly Box. ⁠

Randomly selected gifts include:

▪️Three Tofino Towel collections best sellers each valued at $1,000.00!⁠

▪️Five coveted Jilly Boxes valued at $200 value each (with goods totalling over $400 in each box)!⁠ ⁠

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of Canada who are 19 years of age or older.  Prizes will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said location.

PRIZES: Grand Prizes: 8 total winner(s) will receive one of 3 Tofino Towel collections best sellers each valued at $1,000.00⁠ or one of 5 coveted Jilly Boxes valued at $200 value each (with goods totalling over $400 in each box).

Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Tofino Towel Co. reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. Tofino Towel Co. will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

WINNER SELECTION: The Winner(s) of the Fundraiser Draw will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted about one week after the promotion period by the Tofino Towel Co. and its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received. 

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry information approximately two days after the random drawing. Potential winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Tofino Towel Co. within three days of notification. Tofino Towel Co. is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.

PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of Tofino Towel Co. By entering the Fundraiser, you grant Tofino Towel Co, permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other fundraiser entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment.
